Procedures
Stock Customer Case Guarantee ...
G.T.F. Designs (GTFcases.com) carries a large stock of The Finest
Extrusion Built Leather Cases as depicted on our website. Our large stocking practices are what we are
quite proud of and that is why we have the "G.T.F.
Design In Stock Case Guarantee". If we are ever temporarily our of stock
on the four best selling cases: Prestige Black and
Brown Nappa or the Black and Rust Lizard Cases, when you place your order we
will discount your order by twenty-five percent and give you those monies in
G.T.F. Gift Dollars.
Because G.T.F. Cases carries a great inventory
selection, you can be assured that most all of our cases are in-stock and
ready for shipping, unless otherwise noted as one-of-a-kind, unique or limited
(Ltd.) cases.
Order Processing Time
Most of the time your order will be processed and shipped on Tuesday and/or
Thursday of the same week. Please allow 2 business days for order to
be processed.
G.T.F. Designs does not process orders on weekends or
holidays.
While most in-stock orders will ship on Tuesday and/or Thursdays of the same
week, G.T.F. Designs cannot control if there are unforeseen circumstances
that might possibly delay the shipment of an order.
Order Shipping Time
Order Shipping Time is different from Processing Time. Shipping Time
is the length of time it takes to reach your destination once the shipper
receives the order from G.T.F. Designs.
Damaged Goods
If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and email Customer Service
immediately. Do not discard product or packaging.
If the
package is damaged to an extent that the merchandise may be damaged, refuse
delivery and call Customer
Service. If you find an item damaged after delivery, retain shipping
carton, packing materials, and contact G.T.F.
Designs immediately. G.T.F. Designs ships all cases and items in a heavy
shipping box to insure your new purchase and items arrive safely. G.T.F. Designs
is unable to avoid delays caused by the shipping company.
We will help replace products in a timely manner as our goal toward customer
satisfaction.
Shortage
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Unpack your
order, inventory all items ordered and report a shortage
immediately. If it is a small part or item you are missing, please look
carefully throughout packaging
material as small items can become dislodged during the shipping process.
Customers need to report any
discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually shipped.
Shipping Errors
All claims for missing items must be made with the carrier within 3 days of
delivery. Please note that orders of more than one
item may arrive on different days. If an item is missing or a wrong item
has been shipped the problem
will be corrected at our shipping expense. G.T.F. Designs will pay
for the return shipping as
well as the delivery of the correct item. If you have inadvertently
ordered the wrong item, you will be liable for shipping expenses to and from the
G.T.F. Design Warehouse.
Customer Ordering Errors
The customer is responsible for entering their order correctly online.
We are not responsible for customer mistakes, examples of which (but not limited to) are typing errors, transposing
addresses,
swapping billing and shipping addresses, ordering the
wrong items or colors, duplicate orders, etc... While we will certainly
work with the customer to try and resolve the issue, the
responsibility is the customer's to give us the correct order information in the
first place. Please double check your order before submitting
it.
Warranty Claims
Warranty issues will require the customer to return the product to G.T.F.
Designs at the customer's expense. (in most instances
claims are subject to the policy or discretion of G.T.F. Designs. Warranty
information is included with the policies and procedures of each dealer
on their respective web sites. Rest assured that G.T.F. Designs will help
in any way possible with any warranty issue.
Important: If you need an item by a certain date,
contact us to verify it can be done
G.T.F. Designs will be happy to help you get your products by a desired
date, but we really have to know what needs to be ordered and
what the time deadline is. The best rule of thumb is to always shop early
and give yourself time to meet your deadline.

Refunds / Exchanges
G.T.F. Designs offers you a money-back guarantee. If for any reason
you are dissatisfied with your product from GTFcases.com, you may return the item(s) in NEW, UNUSED, AND ORIGINAL
CONDITION.
If you receive the product and do not like it and wish to return
the item for any reason, you may return the item
within 2 days from the delivery date and setting up the return for a merchandise
price refund, less a restocking
fee. We will credit you with the form of payment you submitted to us or
issue a G.T.F. Designs credit. The returned
item must be received back to us within ten days of our original shipment date
to you. Beyond this all sales are final.
For your protection, please be sure to send back the item in the original
shipping container and insure at the full value.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Please note that even though we will credit your card within 24 hours of the day the item is
returned to us, it sometimes takes several days for the
credit to show up at your bank. This is not the fault of G.T.F. Designs.
This is how credit system works in the world of banking. Yes, credits do take longer to show up.
You may also request a product exchange only if you contact us
through G.T.F. Customer Service and the returned ITEM IS IN NEW, UNUSED, AND IN ORIGINAL
CONDITION. The item must be received back to us within 10 days of our original shipment
date to you. Beyond that all sales are
final. For your protection, please be sure to send back the item in the
original shipping container and insure at
the full value. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are
non-refundable. Additional Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the
customer
unless there was an error on the part of G.T.F. Designs in the order or shipping
process.
International Returns
The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees
and insurance fees that are due for
returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer for returned merchandise and
the customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and
insurance for replacement. Outlet items are not returnable for any reason, either international
or domestic.
If you use your new G.T.F. Case purchase, this will signify
your acceptance of the G.T.F.
With the high quality cases we offer here at G.T.F. Designs, we are sure you
will be very happy with your purchase. If
not, rest assured that we will be here to help resolve any issues that might
arise.
Custom ordered cases, demo items, closeout cases, outlet cases,
discounted or sale priced items
are not returnable. The G.T.F. Limited Warranty still applies to custom
and special ordered items as
noted by G.T.F. Designs.
No returns, No exchanges, No exceptions on items used and not
in 100% brand new condition
As a G.T.F. Designs customer, you can always be sure that the new case you are paying
for is in brand new condition. Used cases
returned will be handled as warranty issues from G.T.F. Designs. Returns
must be returned in the original packaging
within ten days from the ship date. Buyer is responsible for all shipping
charges both to and from G.T.F. Designs Warehouse.
